Reviewing negative posts from brass in the PPD on a police message board from Phila. I see that my civil right were taken away from me. If police in the very begining would have addressed this problem in a civil, legal and fair manner, the harassment, death threats would never have happened! What police did in the past and present was to blame me for their police officers problems. He is above the law and can do not wrong. There always would be a line of brass backing his lies and that of his friends. I have been called slurs on-line and forced to give my real name. Threatened with legal action to Shut Me Up!
They (police) are threaten to go to their FOP lawyer and requesting that I be sued. And they stated that anything I post on this message board is in violation of legal terms. I have nothing to sue for, since I lost everything and suffer from a spine injury. A auto accident that would not have happened if I was still employed at Burger King. I would have been in work on the day I was traveling out of the area to buy food. I was ORDERED to shop away from his foot beat! Sgt..."Go to the Store and Go Home and Don't Talk to anyone!" So instead of being scared of being arrested from shopping at stores one block from my home. I traveled a mile. And was in the accident and have a major injury.
The harassment and threats were set-fire, fired. 22 harassment and threats on line and off line. All from the police witness. All to drop the case against her friend. So instead of an arrest to the police witnesses for these criminal actions and for lying on police records! Police have chose to beleive people just because of where they work (Court Judge aid)
Or because they jumpped on the band wagon in support of their officer! The entire investigation was unfair and done breaking laws. But police can legally lie to gain a confession! So they tried to force me to Lie and change my store and confess to crimes I did not commit! Now they want to sue to take a computer that is not even mine, just to Shut me Up. They would want Liars to take the side of police, before they would want the truth against a bad officer!
I really need a Order of Protection, even to this day and after posting Word for Word from documents and dockets! I request this to the courts in Phila. And it there is a backlash from me posting Word from Word from dockets/documents.
The posting to this message board/legal site will help document it their is Any harassment/threats in the future! I would have been better off lying and keeping my Mouth shut! These posts of the truth will serve as a Protection order a paper trail!
This case is the reason my daughter was search for drugs without a warrant! All her shopping bags of Christmas gifts were thrown on the sidewalk by drug police with guns out! The were yelling at her to give them the drugs. The tip was from a cop! But it clearly shows it was from the police informant witness neighbor!
Her boyfriend that was search with her, is now serving in the US army. His car was searched on a Falsehood! All done without a warrant to search! She is so fearfull that she moved! To the Phila Police. You believe liars and bad people but trash with slurs of mental/whore/druggie the good honest people that bring a problem for you to resolve! It is Not legal to rewrite the laws to suit your own needs. No One Is Above The Law!
