The credits TBW has given Craig Weitzel is 'absolutely not true about his position with 'mortgage fraud'..'He represents FRAUD for TBW's clients!'..'Our 'sell contract' through Oakstar Bank out of Springfield, Missouri was sold to TBW'..'We were led to believe we had purchased a home (302 W. College St. Aurora, Mo.) that was at least a two bedroom, possibly three, that was built in the 1950's and with good floors'.. These people/companies including TBW were aware of this (didn't expect to get caught) and that the home in question was appraised originally as a three bedroom, built in the 1950's with good floors..'When in reality, proven, documented without a shadow of a doubt the home is a one bedroom and built in the late 1800's with severely damaged floors!'..infact the home is 'unliveable'.. After many letters to TBW without any replies for months, it took stop paying the house payments for TBW/Craig Weitzel to contact 'us' via e-mail and phone..
