My experience at Excel Treatment has been fantastic.
I was admitted on 1-22-08 with a BAC level of over. 31. The staff treated me immediately with the IV treatments and within a few days I was feeling free of the crippling affects of alcohol.
I have maintained the IV regiment and attended relapse prevention groups twice a week. The counselors insight and assistance has been important in helping to keep sobriety as priority number 1.
My life continues to be faced with personal hardship and heartache caused by my previous alcohol use, but at least I am able to face these tough issues with a clear mind and free of the alcohol problem. I would highly recommend this program over other programs that don't address the medical portion of this terrible disease.
