I am a bethany employee who did not get paid. I talked to others who will not work untill paid

I have worked for bethany group for almost 3 years. I was shocked to find out that nobody in the company got paid. Talking with others, they will not return to work untill paid. I feel the same way. What should i do? Signed, Randy. Broke in Glendale.
