This is a true story, i've noticed that Arizona has a lot of complains against them. A lot in Mesa, but that doesnt mean it doesnt happen elsewhere. A family friend of ours was driving to Arizona from california. He was pulled over for speeding (being of middle eastern descent) and when he said he wasn't they hassled him about it.
When he asked to see the radar, they refused to show it to him. So when he went to court, he didn't even have a chance. (a person of middle eastern descent, in an Arizona court) Arizona has a screwey Highway patrol. The state has one of the worst, lying racist comps/highway patrolmen and women.
That is not to say all of them are. There are some really great law enforcement officials. Too bad most of the barrels have bad apples...
