I have figured out Carl Foss and his scheme.
Many of you out there have been victimized by Carl Foss and his promises. Here for the first time you will hear it from someone that has been studying his tactics through several of his victims/employess o' wait I mean business owners. Several of my friends worked for his organization for some time. I asked them to give me detailed imformation of what really goes on. Underneath is an outline of some of the most obvious tricks used by this man.
1. Reading you writings of motivational books. Cow or Rhino. Really? It does not matter how hard you work sometimes, if the product is not appealing to the public IT WONT SELL, no matter how hard you try to shove it down somebodys throat.
2. You are your own boss, this is your business. What? If it is your own business you get to choose the product/service you provide to the general public. Trust me you know what sells but you are not given access to those products you have to do with what it is they tell you to sell. I thought you were your own boss? They are telling you what to do.
3. Work at your own pace. You kidding me. How long will it take you to realize they stall you throughout the day to make sure you put in the hours trying to move their stuff. The breakfast and dinner? The breakfast is the way the get you to check in with them in the morning, you can call it clocking in. Don't think of it as just a meal this is a borrowed meeting room for a company not able to afford a real establishment. The Dinner, that is how they make sure you stay on the street till 8 pm or later. Then the office how long do they keep you waiting there telling you they will be right over to grab a bite to eat, again controlling where you will be. No buddy you are not the boss or even close to it.
4. Look how much money I have! Look at the trips I take! You can have the same too. NO WAY!!! First of all the man drives an expedition? What the hell is that? That's a broke man's Rover. Carl Foss does not have real money.
5. They will drag you along until you realize you are never going to get that new office they are thinking about opening.
6. OK you know the deal and you are thinking they are going to let you be in on their scheme? GET REAL! There is not enough money to go around.
7. But I do make money! Yeah, OK let's break it down. You work from 8am till after the stupid dinner 9:30 pm or so. It's WORK! You are not doing what you want to do, you are not tending to your family, don't get it twisted you are at work. 13 Plus hours per day, often six days a week! That's 81 hours! NO Overtime pay. And you are walking away with no more than 300 bucks a week if you are lucky, don't kid yourself you know the bills have not been getting paid. 300/81=3.7 dollars and hour! Holy CRAP! A kid at Burger King will make 761 Dollars working the same amount of hours!
8. You just had a great couple of days. Fine I'll give you that, But don't think that is the Norm, always map out your hours per week and see how much you are really making. If you see that you just can't get back to those good old days don't waste your time. The ship is sinking get out fast before you waste a year or more of your life.
9. The scheme works on ignorance you will put in some serious work hours for them until you figure it out and then you leave by that time you already trained the new generation of victims.
10. There is light at the end of the tunnel if you work really hard. NO NO NO get real If you are not making 500.00 per week working 40 hours you are the next victim. That kind of money you can find anywhere with minimal effort.
