Back in May of this year I was a new employee to the Society of St. James. I'm the bookkeeper. As I was in training I questioned a bill from World Wide Source in the amount of $399.95 to the person training me. She was not sure what it was for but said to pay it because they re threatening to send it to a collection agency.
Big mistake. The invoice was for index service for 2 years. 5 months later I receive another bill for $399.95. Knowing I just paid them, I called to ask why was I being billed again.
I spoke with a "Thomas" but all I got was double talk. I told him to cancel the service and his reply was "NO" I asked to see proof of a contract I was told the check sent in was the contract.
"Thomas" was rude and nasty to me, just about laughing in my face. We need to put these scamers where they belong, behind bars.
