Shipped out business directories, useless and returned them. They have billed me even though I returned the product. Hostile staff consumer fraud ripoff

World Wide Source mailed out business directories. These directories were useless, with business names only. No addresses or phone numbers. I promptly returned these.

I called the company to let them know I had returned the product they said because I did not use their shipping agent, I could not get credit for the return.

I do not have the product. Yet, they are still billing me and plan to turn the account over to a collection agency.

I have attempted to contact them on several occasions and have been met by an extreamly hostile staff. The issue remains unresolved.
