Joey McKoon is a very good liar. He lied to all of the family when we tried to collect the rent. His mom gave him a check for $400.00 and then gave him the cash for the check and trusted her son would rip up the check and throw it away.
No that would be too honest for him to do. He in turn gives the check for payment on some of the money he owes for rent, keeps the cash his mom gave him and she stopped payment on check and he never cared to make it good at all.
To top it all off he had a person living there, without permission and was keeping his money, too. They left trash all in the yard, left a couch, without the cushions, and dirty dishes in the sink. White trash at its best.
