My family and I have had numerous problems with Creekside Community/Hometown America. Not only have they never repaired any damages to our mobile home, they are black-balling us! My husband is being transferred due to his employment in the military; we found a buyer for the home and he was approved for their used mobile home for $24,000, but they declined him for our assumable loan for $15,500 for reasons they could not disclose to us nor the potential buyer. I figure they would be happy to finally get rid of us, but I am assuming because of all the past we have with them they will decline everyone, and try to sell their own homes. And on top of everything they are bad-mouthing us to the potential buyers and stressing to them that they really don't want to buy our home. What can be done to stop their unfair selling practices?
