Two weeks ago I read an ad in the newspaperadvertising U.S. Postal jobs. I called and gave them my credit card number and paid $129.45 for a study book and instructions to log in and get started and apply for the Battery Exam. First thing is I could never bring up the page, for over a week. I tried other avenues to get to the page and read people complaing about the company. I called the 800 number and asked if they were the U.S. Post Office and they said no. Asked why they represented themselves as such and they said they didn't. I saved the newspaper article to prove they do. Then I said I couldn't pull up the page for www.usworkalliance.com. It said, for over a week that it wasn't responding. I asked why and they said it was having trouble and being fixed. Over a week? I asked! Then they gave me another address so I could register for the exam. Guess what the address was? The U.S. Post Office at https: uspsapps. Hr-services.org. Also, there is no exam dates in Georgia at this time. It may be months or years before there is one. What kind of business is this to rip poor people like me, not working, and looking for employment after major back surgery. I am totally off doctor's care now and able to work, but haven't worked for over a year and believe me, this was not cheap for me and I am really upset!
