Hello my name is jeff and I have been victimized, verbally abused, stalked, and harrased by the Kelly Clarkson fan club.
They still have slander and hate crimes against me posted on their website. (on kckellyville.com and kellyclarkson.com (both sites run by alan) have both posted hate crimes, slander, sexual lies to children, and more on there sites)
Without any warning, I was banned from the Kelly Clarkson Fan Club website two years ago. When they banned me two years ago they said I would be allowed back on in one year.in a year I wrote them and they still would not let me on the site.
When I asked what I did wrong, they said Its better to ban you just in case" I said excuse me but what did I do? My conduct on the fan club was very loving and kind and I never once said or did anything out of order on the site. I have written them many times, and they never respond to my e mails.
One man that is on the kellyclarkson.com website named Alan (His tagline on the site. "Retired but still here") speaks openly to underage children and tells them to harass me online, and he also tells them disgusting sexual stories, (Two examples he has posted online at www.kellyclarkson.com and www.kckellyville.com are that I have sex with watermelons, and that I have sex with a hole in my bed... This is not only slander but he is telling this daily to children as young as 8 years old) This is my opintion is not only terribly perverted and disgusting but is also fully illegal.
I would like a full police investigation on this man.
Second the Kelly fan club owes me two years worth of fan club usage. They banned me two times, both for reasons they have never explained. They only said.."you are banned"... That is all they said to me. They continue on a daily basis to make up new lies about me and have posted them on several websites on the internet. It is full slander and is 100% illegal!
The second time I joined the fan club, I signed up under my own name and address, and they posted on the fan club that I joined under a different name, to make it appear as if I snuck on, which I did not do. I have nothing to hide, and the fan club do, so they are trying to cover their tracks. They even searched my name and went to every website I had ever been on and tried to get me banned from as many sites as possible. They said terrible things to these sites that I never did, and some chose to belive their lies, others didn't, but I can tell you now, that they put every effort into ruining my life, and I have to stand up for myself.
This website issue should be pursued to the full extent of the law. Not only is this slander, but it also involves hate crimes (like calling me in the middle of the nigh with hateful messages, they also send me death threats, they hacked my e mail addresses, stole my credit card information, and so on.)
Please help me in anyway you can to have this fan club shut down, help me get my money back, and help make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. You have to make this concern a top priority because what they are doing in against the law, and is against what all good businesses should do with a paying customer.
Thank you for your time, and please put your full effort into helping me with this terrible act of slander, and hate. Please help make sure that Alan is caught and put to justice.
If you are a young girl or boy that Alan has spoken to about sexual things, please send me your information so I can submit it to the police.
If the Kelly Clarkson fan club has written about you on any websites, has stolen your money, or has banned you for no reason please get back to me as soon as possible.
This site must be exposed to the public, the scams, lies, hurt, and hate of this club must come to justice.
