The police in CA, whether Sheriifs' Depts or local city police are all the same. They are liars, thieves and have only one thing in mind; to make arrests that cause families much trouble, all this is given to the people for the purpose that police can make promotions or claim that they are doing their do nothing jobs.
They arr4est people for no reqal reason, but will lead them in questioning and any answer given in the affirmative they will make an arrest, and they do not care at all if the person is ill, on medication or dying. They have no human intyerest in people at all.
My wife was arrested because she decided one evening to break out a glass door at the back of our house. I tried to stop her and ended up falling down a hill at the back of our house and hit my head on one of several rocks around a large plant. The good for nothing next-door neighbor called the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept and what he reported I still don't know. After the cops arrived at my house they7 took picture of the slight scratches on the left side of my head and had the stupidity to ask me if my wife hit me.
They would not allow me to handle my wide's condition and keep her away from me and tricked her into answering their dirty questions the way they wanted her to answer and then arrested her. She was asking them "why are you doing this to me". They started putting her in a copy car and she was still asking why. They told her that I, her husband had asked them to arrest her. That is a ball faced lie. When I had earlier asked who called them, because I was just wondering why they were called and I knew that my wife did not call them nor did I. They lied to me, or tried to by telling me that my wife called them. I at that time told the copt who told me that my wife called them, that he must be thinking of another case because my wife did not call them.
I tried to explain that my wife was on meds and had not taken them that evening but they would not even say a word to me. When I tried to call them to bring my wife's med to her they promptly told me that was impossible because she was in jail. I explaned to those brainless, indoctrinated idiots that if my wife is given any other meds she could die. They did not care at all about her condition.
Then, when I contacted a bail bondsman about getting my wife out of jail; yes, within about 30 minutes the dirty police had already had a $50 thousand bail placed on my wife; the bail bondman already knew where she was being held. Then the next day letters from various lawyers arrived at our home. I wondered how did they get our name and address. The letters were addressed to my wife. After contacting one lawyer I learned that the police in CA provide this information online I suppose to lawyers who sign up for this information. Naturally the org that puts out the information seems not connected to the police, but the police have to be the parties giving out that information. That is total intention of invasion of privacy.
With all this information the police put out and someone is getting something back from this, it causes lawyers to ask for higher prices and then some lawyers tend to make the charges seems so much worse than they are.
Another thing, the night the police arrested my wife they removed a chair from my patio. My wife told me the next day that the police told her that they had the chair she used to break the class door on OUR house. That is a lie, because they do not have the actual chair she used, but they just grab a chair and claim it was the one she used. But they took m, y chair, my property from my house without asking nor giving me a receipt. The police likely still have it and the DA's people are still trying to prosecute my wife on a spoyuse abuse case, which is stupid and means and utterly nothing but a lie.
I have a lawyer now, but I am not too satisfied with his laid back mannerism and he seems to be a little too close to the DA's people to suit me. How can I get these bastards and make them bring my chair back to my house and apologize for stealing it, and also what can I do quickly to make the DA office drop the case? They have ripped me off and caused me to have to spen up to now about $17,000 that I will just ben out of. This is wrong and dirty and nothing but mean and abuse of authority. We have to do something about the police as they can do almost anything they want. They can even lie and they are not prosecuted for doing so.
I need help and advice and I am sure there are many others who have had a problem with the police. I am just wondering if cops are sent to "ignorant school."
