I realized when my account was charged for the last time that pushed it into the negative. The worst part is I never received anything in the mail for the money I was being charged.
When I called customer service at the company with the most generic name I had ever heard, I was told they didn't have the authority to refund any money, and apologized that there was no supervisor available. I called back and finally got most of the money refunded but not all of it.
This company claims to have no idea how they get your information and they can't even really tell you what you are supposed to be receiving.in fact, they don't claim to know much at all.
I know it's hard, because the vague name of the "company" but stay away from anything claiming to be Member Services. You will not receive any coupons, if that's their ploy of the week. You will, however, be ripped off and it's a real pain to try and get your money back.
