This is regarding a setup against me by Police Chief (Nazi/alcoholic/womanizer/pig) Perryman. Forced into taking a plea of guilty so SLPD would not have to go to trial on another matter I had been deposed in.
Arrested me 7 or 8 times on the whims of Perryman's best Bud. This went on over a matter of about 7 years or so. The best Bud had Perryman in his pocket.
Got arrested again on a mere whim of the bud - sent to Franklin County Jail $10,000 bail.
I am a 60 year old lady, never in trouble with the law, four children, work fulltime, not likely a flight risk.
Even child molesters don't get a bail charge like that, but the boy who killed his parents did. My charge was contempt of court.
Locked me in a lockup cell for more than 7 hours with feces, cobwebs and blood and urine all over. Handcuffed and shackled.
Asked to go to the bathroom - Perryman in my face "well you will just have to wait, we're busy". Cursed and swore at me several times, treated me like he does all woman - like a piece of dirt to be walked on.
Only thing is he knows I am not intimidated by him nor am I afraid of him which only pisses him off more. I was told on no uncertain terms if I pled guilty to a felony charge there would be absolutely no jail time, just a fine, counseling and probation, so I said OK, I'm old who cares...
Sentenced to 6 months in jail on my sentencing day at the insistence of Pigman and his best Bud and Bud's family.
Jack, of course was instrumental in giving me the 10,000 bail. As soon as I went to jail Perryman's Bud and his family left town - living now in Aurora and he works as a Security Guard at an all girls college - he is an ex-state trooper and knew how to use the law and abuse the law and had Perryman in his pocket.
He told Perryman what to do every step of the way (in the stupidity department he is right on top).
Without his Bud holding his hand I would never even have been charged with anything.
This whole incident resulted in a setup by the Saranac Lake Police Department and an ex-state trooper at the request of the ex-state trooper's wife.
Actually I could write a book on this because I am no means done on my treatment by the Saranac Lake Police Department.
The Bud and his family who left town were the most hated people in Saranac Lake accusing Mr. Branch of child molestation of their daughter and bringing them down like a ton of bricks.
That was all dismissed - no evidence. However, the Bud who is an ex-state trooper had all this contrived at the Ray Brook State Police Barracks.
They indicated an 18-month investigation into this alleged molestation and during that 18 months not ONE PERSON WHO HAD THEIR CHILD AT THAT BABYSITTER'S was ever investigted.
There were some really great people who wrote wonderful letters in support of the Branch family. The Bud's wife took a disliking to Mrs. Or Mr. Branch, we still are not sure and concocted this mild-altering tale no one will ever forget.
Ultimately Mrs. Bud saw me in a grocery store one day and went to the judge (via Perrypig) and said that I had said some awful things to her (no witnesses in the middle of a grocery store, come on) and I was arrested and served an order of protection.
Soooooo every time she saw me she had me arrested for violation of the order of protection - even driving down the street.
Ultimately it went to trial. I again kept getting arrested for parking in the parking lot of the Lake View Deli - Mr. Bud said I was harrassing them.
This did not go to trial but I had to testify in front of the grand jury and it was dismissed, indicating that it was a shared parking lot and i could park there if i wanted to.
Subsequently my life was ruined as far as obtaining employment here; no civil service (I placed #1 on the list and went for about 6 interviews but when it came to the place where they asked have you ever been convicted of a felony I had to check YES). The end.
I have been mistreated so badly by Officer Risetto that another officer actually came to my defense; this was during a traffic investigation.
He called me a liar, rolled up his window so he would not have to listen to what I had to say and ultimately wrote down his investigation the way he wanted to and not by what I told him and the total report was a lie.
When I got out of jail I called Delahanty and told him "he owed" me big time.
He even stated to me, "I know Linda that wasn't supposed to happen" (meaning going to jail). But thanks to the ex-state trooper and Mr. Perrypig (have you seen him lately - he is really packing on the pounds).
So, that indicates to me that Perrypig and ex-state trooper Bud have Delehanty in their pocket - and I think we all know the answer to why that is, i.E. Family, wife, drugs, kids, cocaine, pot parties, etc.
None of that ever hit the papers did it???
