We need to say something about this BIG BROTHER attitude our government is leading us into. This is the begining. Be aware
This bill is worse than the Patriot Act. It gives the president vast new powers, including a blank check to spy on Americans without an individualized warrant in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
If the Cheney-Specter bill passes, President Bush and future presidents will be able to wiretap people in the U.S. Without showing a court any information that a particular American is conspiring with al Qaeda or any foreign power - eliminating the mandatory and individual judicial check required by federal law.
The bill does not modernize the law. It rolls back the clock on our rights.

People if we don't stand up for ourselves no one else will. Use your powerful voices, take the time to write letters or telephone your State Representative.
Remember, your vote put him or her in office and your voice can kick him out We can have victory if we collectively join as one army. We can work miracles
Lets stop some of the BIG BROTHER syndrome in its track.
To all American Citizens; keeping quiet has already proven to be the worst thing we could to do. Expressing ourselves definitely can and will right the wrong that has been done. We sat back quietly once before, and let our government do what they considered to be right.
The result, PRAYER is and was not allowed in our present day school system, anymore. Realize and know that once a smiling teller gets you to deposit your funds into their trusting care and you sign the unread contract to open an account, you are rendering all of your rights to the funds
Example; Opening a new account, this can only occur after you meet the banks standards plus they do a credit inquiry, to prove that you are credible, then and only then can you deposit your funds into a, so called free checking account.
Now they know everything there is to know about your life.
At that very point, in the process the financial institution becomes the controller and the depositor becomes the controlled.
. You've unknowingly, have given them the authority to actually tell you when or what and how a request access to your own money is to happen, but only at their DISCRETION.
Later, when access is finally approved, at their DISCRETION, you find out that your balances are lower than what you reconciled.
That's when the realization hits you. You notice deposits and withdrawals that you did not authorize anyone to transact. Now that's when those signed documents come into play. Unknowingly, you signed and agreed to face this abuse. You also notice all of the fees that have been charged to your accounts, Also there are ACUMULATED, as TRANSACTION fees, OVERDRAFT fees, NON-SUFFICIENT FUND fees, ONLINE fees and so on. You can end up with negative balance.
You are now aware of the fact that you are not in control. I also learned that there are no set laws or policies governing the amount a bank can L EGALLY charge you in fees up to I believe I read it as 26%.
There's even a monthly fee charged to you for having a free checking, plus checking, savings or retirement fund accounts.
This word, DISCRETION, is probably used 20-30 times in the contract you unconsciously signed. You siged up mainly because, you put your trust the person that opens the account. The trained representative briefly explains what the contract says. I have yet to hear any representative point out those particular paragraphs pertaining to fees and overdrafts charges, that I mentioned before. But believe, me from my own experience, I learned the hard way.
Our government leaders have authorized all financial institutions, the right to charge depositors with the transaction fees but they failed to realize the fact
The power they unleashed was not interpreted as, banks can charge for every minute thing they do and it's at their DISCRETION. This should have been predicted. That's thier job is to look out for people
Every one of these abusive acts are mainly directed toward low income minorities, the disabled and the elderly, the one sector that can't afford anything like this. They are ruthless and at same time apologetic.
