This guys are greedy pigs. When you sign a lease agreement with them, you do not get to know about several hidden charges. As the lease grows, you get to feel what you have got into. And if you break the lease, then you have it. They will slap you with a massive bill and even if you pay them the whole amount, they try and find out ways on how they can make more money out of you. ANd if you are not from this country, the situation gets worse. They try and see that where else they can make more money and send the notice to you.
In my case, they had my e mail address as well as my physical address outside the country. They had choosen not to send anything to me, at the same time, they went ahead and screwed my credit report. Just that when you get into a neighbourhood, you get there with so much trust, for these guys, if you are getting in there, you are sure that there is no trust factor and make sure that you ask them as many questions as you want to. Be very very careful with these people, unless you want to be cheated in the broad daylight.
