I was approved for a $5000 loan. I was advised I needed to make a one time collateral payment of $1250 and then funds would be released into my account within 24 hours. Advised a lot of $ to come up with and did not have as well as other bills due. Said to borrow the money from someone and they would have back within 24 hours. I went and purchased a loan as well as took out several cash advance loans to come up with the funds. All documents were sent via fax. Money was not in account and wanted another payment of $975 in which agent stated was for insurance. Made that and funds still not there. Then stated need one more payment of $875 which he claimed was a brokers fee. Advise could not do and requested to speak with manager or supervisor. Agent did not want to let me speak with anyone and stated could send $ back but would take 30 days. Advise that would not help either and that I had payments that will be coming out of my account which is going to cause nsf fees. Agent did not seem to care and said the manager will tell me the same thing. Spoke with a Deborah who did not give last name and said she would look over account and would let me speak to a Gary Simmons who is a manager. Advised of issue and rude treatment from agent. Said he was going to get my file and look over and call back within 1 hour and never did. All $ sent was Western Union and have already paid out a total of $2393. When you call the number it does not give the option to speak with manager or a phone listing. I go back to the same agent which is Ed Hall 1-800-459-8771 ext. 361 and he will either not answer the phone or will pick up and flip me to his voicemail while talking. Have been calling everday since 02/22/06 and still nothing. This has caused serious delinquency in by current bills. I would appreciate a response asap. Thanks.
