Charles and Alice senior citizens on fixed income lived at Bay Pines Mobile Home Park 5811 E Hwy 22 # 63 panama City Fla we lived Oct to April at this lot.in Oct informed mobile home lot purchased by Julius Posten J @ J property Ventures no phone numbers available. Told we would not have to move later received info we would be evicted. We received our notice in January moved on January 16th. Had to fill out papers to the state and send to Posten to prove we moved so as to be reimbursed for some of move. State allows $ 3000.00.
We were responsible for several more thousand dollars to reconnect, skirt insurance etc ect on fixed income very difficult. I paid the $ 198.00 lot rent on Jan 1st. As we moved on the 16th we should have a refund of $95.70. Sent two registered letters to J @ J Property ventures the letters include the papers the state required us to fill out and send to them and also a request for my lot rent over pay. They refuse to pick up the letters. Letters come back unclaimed.
