I moved into a house owned by Dawn Huggins, dba Alpha Ventures, in Fort Collins, Colorado. Our verbal agreement was that I would do several thousand dollars worth of remodel to the property, some materials I would pay for, in exchange for deposits. After the work was done Dawn Huggins began harassing me for the depostits. Dawn also claimed that she did not receive a money order for rent in the month of March she waited almost 4 months to make this claim. Of course she is charging me late fees and interest on this money.
Dawn will not maintain the property and will not return phone calls and very seldom an email.
Be very careful in any dealings with Alpha Ventures or Dawn Huggins.
