Lincoln Military Housing
Using civilians to fill vacancy and abusing power and lying to residents to evict them for absolutely no reason

Lincoln Military housing opened up Catalina Heights to civilians based on empty units. There were several open houses to encourage move-ins.gift cards were offered for referrals. Several civilians have moved into the housing, paying an O3 rate for the enlisted units. We have given up our pets, spent thousands on moves and less than a year later we are being told to move. We are told we are having to move based on a military wait list. However, there has been no military wait list ever before and there are plenty of housing units at Mugu and Hueneme. There are four families on the wait list (and they can't move in for another five months), yet they are kicking out sixteen families.
