Dmv. Ph is just a FRAUD required my cash

I settled this scammer $125 for an identification but he cheated me instead. After I delivered him cost he wont answer my emails.

I investigated and noticed he changes names of domain every couple of months therefore he is able to con more individuals.

This person has very the fraud operation happening.
