I eventually chose to do web research with this firm's evaluation (must have completed BEFORE purchasing) and all grievances were the same as mine. I approached the charge card business I employed which is currently being questioned. I had been acknowledged by money-back by my charge card business. Beware. If they'renot scammers they're inexperienced at-best.
