Billed my charge card and also have not answered

I taken care of "Tune" a pyshic to supply many parts and also to join the "Inner-Circle to ensure that any pysic might react to concerns when entering website. Have experienced no-contact from "Tune " and sometimes even had the opportunity in order to enter this so-called "Inner Circle". I had been billed 35.99 on my charge card for this support that we haven't obtained
