I've a tenant over me raging her music everyday. About the 3rd trip to ask her to reduce it she condemned the doorway in my experience. Housing administration went up thereafter my complaints and found the loud music with speakers on the ground. Which clarify the loud bass in my apartment directly under her. I required to speak for the director but property rejected. I don't understand a tenant that's disrupting to others can continue doing what she's doing. Additionally i believed nycha was for lowincome. The tenant not just lives there with her husband who's not about the rent however they possess a mercedesbenz left in the property parking lot.
