I requested a Fisherprice Wise Period for my 4 yr-old son from Toysrus on December, 2 2007 and obtained a Fisherprice Home Learning House to get a 1 yr-old kid on December 10. I named ToysRus plus they accepted delivering the incorrect purchase but I had been informed I'd to come back them and that I could be billed the price on my charge card before product obtained have been delivered. I had been also informed them initially requested could be one more cost to my charge card within the same quantity and also the product wouldn't be assured for Holiday delivery. I told the "acutely" rude customer repetition that these conditions weren't appropriate in my experience and required to talk to her boss, I had been hungup on. I can't afford to include one more $120 to my charge card with no instant reimbursement out of this organization. I required they provide the right product and get the main one they submitted mistake but that demand was declined.
I really hope anything can be achieved about that and that I am surprised that the business like Toysrus may stick to this type of embarrassing customer support plan.in the end, the error was theirs and that I have e-mail files to verify my purchase.
Think hard before you utilize the corporation.
