They have my visa # and did not produce any info I paid for only charged me more

I paid $29.95 to get a backgroud check and was additionally billed $9.95 for that same turned an associate and got no benefits. I'am really frightened they've my bank card and flag quantity but their website pops up as intellis.com thanks for nurturing I'am an extremely bad person. Please inform me easily need to calll my back it was a gov. Site I will have know better. Thanks Kathy Cross
