Infant era is terrible, I requested a bicycle for my child on Nov. 28th. I never obtained a comfirmation e'mail having a following number like they said. It's today Dec. 17th and that I still have not noticed a term from their store except the 4 occasions I named them-and they stated it had been being delivered straight from Schwinn plus they were behind on the deliveries. Well I named Schwinn plus they stated these were not behind plus they had no report of my purchase. After calling Schwinn again the following day these were ready to locate it and stated they simply obtained it from Babyage also it could be delivered that evening. Which was two days before and that I still don't have any contact from Babyage. Their site claims that it had been delivered but provides no additional data. I'm so frustrated, I really hope i have it before Holiday and that I wish unlike me people is going to do some study before purchasing from anybody online. Please don't utilize babyage!!!
