I bought two gadgets for my boy from ToyGlobe.com, an overall total worth of $27.90. I waited and waited for shipping and lastly get a certified mail shipping notice within the email showing that I'd have to signal for that product at my local postoffice, that will be 2 hours from wherever I'm situated during business hours.
This couldnot work with me, and so I named toyglobeis "customer support" point and talked with Tony, the dog owner. Tony suggested that he felt forced to deliver all what to customers licensed due to reviews of products not being shipped (to not me, generally) when actually these were obtained from the customer. (I'm sorry but is not that simply the price of conducting business occasionally, and it isnot that written-off at the conclusion of the entire year OR trackable through the postoffice). I told him that (1) it was not described on his site and might have affected my choice to buy from him, and (2) It's logistically difficult for me personally to choose them up in the postoffice.
He became immediately argumentative. I expected him to resend it normal email. He declined. I told him them could be delivered back to him. He heatedly explained he would cost me the $10! For shipping and "insurance". (Our first poor, I ought to not have compensated that much, however it was a doll my kid truly needed... You realize the exercise). I told him when he insisted on getting me the $10 delivery/insurance I'd match the cost with my charge card business. He became incensed and explained I'd be spending. I really believe he arrived near to threatening me.
Main point here, sleazy organization, imperfect information on their site and TERRIBLE customer support.
