When I called some guy named Rich told me we had cancelled paper because client had died which he had not. We had paid through 9/22 and Rich said he could not credit the days missed because we had cancelled it but since no one at this residence had done that he would not credit those days. VERY UNSATISFACTORY response by "customer service". It's no wonder they are near bankruptcy. Very unsatisfied customer!
