Guide/magazine subcriptions from Empire Systems-211 is just a fraud!
Requested $61 value of youngsters' publications in February to aid a charisimatic small lady who had been "promoting" subscribers to make money for vacation/enrichment included in the "Childhood Communications Benefits" plan via a business named Empire Systems-211, located in Phoenix, AZ. She got my check, which removed my lender t/in 14 days, and quit me having a very legit-searching bill in triplicate form.
I never received the publications and all efforts to get hold of the organization through their site — www.dynasty211.com — have failed. E-mails through their contact site do not transfer and there is no telephone # supplied on the webpage or my bill. There is a page where you are able to allegedly monitor your purchase, however it bounces to some non existent website.
That Is clearly a fraud, although a procedure having a site and thus provides an appearance to be a legit company, that will be obviously isn't.
