Compensated Lisa Blackman $1,500 to co-sponsor a meeting which was to become kept at Home of Blues in Detroit in October.included in the contract that was written down, my organization was to get a page free advertisement in SU Publication. The $1,500 was compensated 9 weeks before the occasion. Briefly prior to the occasion, Lisa Blackman stated she'd not recognize the contract and declined to return the cash.
