I named the 1 800-589-7998 customer support quantity to stop my membership purchase since my work has become only part-time and my hours have already been cut. Since I have today can't pay the subscribers, I request to stop my purchase. The client support consultant I talked with, John, contended with me and stated there is nothing he might do. I described the problem and informed him when he declined to stop the purchase that I'd need to quit the funds. He continued to claim with me. This really is really improper conduct to get a customer support representative. I told him to provide me the title of his boss and he explained, then request to place me on-hold. Alternatively, he must have instantly moved me to some boss. This suggests his need to keep in touch with the boss first. All I had been requesting was to prevent support. This will have now been a possible motion. Alternatively, I obtained the run around.
