I requested some publications for $11.76 (aprox) in May, a cost was placed on my consideration for $59.80. I named the financial institution and informed them concerning the cost and also the telephone shown on my cost was disconnected (the amount was wrong about the statement) therefore the lender rescearched it and place the charge-back on my charge card using the proper telephone number this time around. I named the organization and spoke to some supervisor saying I never requested publications for &59.80, he named me back using the saving saying I requested publications for $11.76 (aprox), I stated that isn't near $59.80 and that I never obtained any publications and wouldn't purchase those shown. He decided with me after reading the saving and stated he'd consider the charge-off my charge card. It never occurred, I simply tested my bill again which is still on today after going round and round using the lender and journal serv ctr, they're returning on the term and stated my publications have now been requested to get a year and that I will begin getting them, I stated I actually donot need any publications and need to become acknowledged on my bill like they stated they'd do and informed them you folks are laying and hung-up on them. Today I'd to contact the financial institution, who stated they'll just do that crediting on a merchant account once, I've to hold back to get a notice to complete something further. Don't buy magazines from the corporation out $59.80 with no publications!
