I had purchased a special subscription for a full 12 months and they sent it to the wrong address. I have tried to have them correct it for the past year because they never delivered it. I had faxed they documentation as proof they still have not corrected their mistake. Now they stopped a brief delivery of the paper because the original subscription had expired for which they never delivered in the first place because of their error. San Joaquin Valley Herald treats their customers like garbage and lies to you about their promise to correct the issue. You have to sue them to get your money back!
