2 publications requested in November haven't been obtained. Numerous telephone calls towards the 'device' go unanswered. I exhausted all night directly, only the 'device' and audio. No reaction from emails either. Terrible customer support can be an exaggeration. I'm unsure but perhaps no body switched off the 'device' once they shut the storage wardrobe these were employing for an office.
