Failure to provide magazines after payment

I requested a journal membership for Family Handyman from Mags4Cheap in May. They charged my charge card but I never received any publications. They don't react to emails, and contains been too much time to challenge with my charge card business. Avoid using the services of mags4cheap-they're not trustworthy.
