Publisher out of business & MC still took my money

I'm from Australia and that I bought a membership. I requested the subscription on 28 March and also the e-mail mentioned that I'd need to delay 6-10weeks for that regular membership. And so I waited until the 23/5/09 & emailed the magazine to see if they had sent the first magazine. No response... And so I examined on the web to determine if Journal Town was nevertheless opperating... Yes still going powerful... And so I examined the journal writer I'd requested through Journal Town... And unearthed that they'd stopped book 2 times before I requested the membership... Also it was nevertheless obvoiusly promoting about the Journal City Site! (as much as your day I obtained the reimbursement).

Magazine City got my cash about the Friday 30th March and also the exchange-rate was fairly horrible for me personally at that time transforming to nearly $203.00 AUD. However to locate I'd not be obtaining the journal anyhow was fairly frustrating to express minimal.

I then sent Publication Town... No reply... And so I sent again... No reply... And so I sent again... No preply... Which continued for nearly 3 months before I obtained a reply from Denise mentioning the issue was solved along with a reimbursement have been acknowledged to my Mastercard about the 13th June. Well not really a complete reimbursement... I'd required they refund me in AUD equivelant from what I'd been billed in my own MasterCard because they should not took my cash to start with. They returned me in US dollars which left me brief $30 AUD.

I believe that Journal Town includes a obligation for their clients to become upto-day and also to inform them if your membership stops.in my experience it appeared they would not have returned me my cash had I not described it. Imagine if I'd forgotten concerning the purchase or died? The cash must have been returned inside the week following the book stopped... And that I wouldn't be out $30 AUD because of the exchange-rate being various about the 13th of July to after I bought the membership about the 30th March.

I'm upset that it got me contacting Publication Town numerous occasions after which they'd no communication with me regarding just how much they ought to return... So that they refund me in US dollars wishing I'll disappear! Our MasterCard shouldn't have now been billed to start with whilst the journal writer had ceased publication. Why must I be out $30 AUD to get a obligation which should have now been Magazine Cityis. I've discovered Magazine Town to become rude in removing my emails without studying them-and their noreply once they do, and about the 3 events they did respond these were breif & not prepared to consider any fault ultimately stating that' We'd no understanding of the journal slowing book just before you checking. Definitely if we did, it'dnot have now been on the webpage'

The purpose is the fact that Journal Town must have approached me before I approached them about the 23rd May. They'd my cash for nearly 2 weeks and didn't declare anything. After which from the period I'd required a reimbursement of my profit AUD entirely the exchange-rate had transformed so much that after Journal Town returned in US dollars I had been out $30 AUD.

I'd like Journal Town to inform me why it required such a long time to return me my cash & why only after I'd approached them? I understand I'll not understand this solution since my coping with Journal Town have now been nothing lacking rude & dismissive on the component and they'll not acknowledge that thier procedures are in problem for me having lost cash on the membership that up to I approached them... These were likely to deliver me... I suppose... When I have no idea the things they believed these were doing

I've required the title & current email address of the boss or grievances division 20 occasions or even more and so I may follow up my criticism... But no response... And e-mails are now actually erased without having to be read... And never answered to.

I believe that Journal Town views that I'm internationally what exactly may I do about this. How rude!
