Non receipt of goods paid for

I ordered $50.00 in magazine subscriptions plus $15.00 shipping on April 1. I was told the money would go to support the needy. I paid $65.00 and have a receipt signed by Jeff Kennedy (sic). The receipt is #005548 and the company is Second to None, PO Box 2589, Evergreen, CO 80437. I have not received the magazines I ordered (a selection called Everyday with Ray).
