I requested publications in December and also have not obtained three of these. They're all taken care of. They're for my grandchildren. I did so call-back in Jan. 2008 and was informed there is a combination up and also the purchase is likely to be subjected to again. Nevertheless haven't obtained the publications and can't enter contact together. I sent to Nicole. No reply. I've named and needed to keep messages. No reply.
