I want to offer my extreme thanks to Pandigital for the POOR quality of customer service that they have provided to me. We are now approaching 5 months since I was issued an RMA # and returned my defective Supernova tablet to their offices for repair or replacement. I've learned that their "returns" address in a retail drop site similar to a "UPS Store" or "Fedex/Kinkos": Pandigital Returns, 643 N. 98th Street, Omaha, Ne. 68114. Since then, their offices have never initiated contact with me.instead, I’ve had to elicit a series of unsatisfying status updates, each given with no assurances of a date that I can expect to receive my device – if ever. With the support of the Better Business Bureau, I have drafted a letter to confirm the immediate shipment of a replacement to my tablet. Regretfully, I've just learned from the BBB web site, among others, that this company is now out of business. Why does their web site continue to accept online orders?
