I'm T-mobile customer for long time, as we had few issue in last term of contract we decide to change service provider for my & my wife's cell phone. So when our contract ended with them in August i believe, we didn't renewed contract with them. As we never renewed contract they called me on 09/30 to offer me good deal so that i can continue my service with them. They were offering me $89.99 plan rate for 2 lines that includes unlimited talk & text. It looked good to me but my wife like to use web on her phone so i was more concern about plan that includes web feature in it. Now while we were discussing about plan my phone disconnected and we were not able to finish process.

I tried calling back on same number then call me from but it kept disconnectin every few mins. So stoped calling them at that point. And i called them back later evening same day when i was off from my work. This time i had new guy helping me out it look like he didn't have any information about plan he was offereing me, as lady i was talking to earlier was offereing me $89.99 for plan & this guy was offering me $99.98 for same plan. Which some how he pull details about it and figure out plan for $89.99 that was offered me earlier from them. But my concern was still with plan including web feature. My wife told me about seeing comercial on TV & on t-mobile website about $99.98 plan for 2 line that include unlimited talk, text & web. So inquire about that plan but guy said they don't have anyplan and if i need web i had to pay $20 extra per month per line for unlimited web or $10 for 200mb pack per line, which kick me off little bit as they were doing false advertise on web i guess, and i was not ready to pay extra for web so decide to go with only option they gave me was pllan with talk & text for $89.99.

Now next day i went online to check my account status where it suppose to be $89.99 as they offered me but in my account it says $99.98 plan and even beside that on thier website home page they still have promotion of $99.98 for 2 line unlimited talk, text & web. So i was really upset as they provide me wrong information and made me select wrong plan as only option they gave me. As it was only 1 day pass for incident i decide to call them back discuss about providing me wrong information & wrong plan as everyone else are going to pay $99.98 for talk, text & web where else i'm paying same amount to them & they not providing me web with it. When i called them they say its going to be $200 migration fees per line charged to me to change to that plan now, or else i need to pay $10 exxtra for web. No my point it why is that discrimination going on with me as i'm Indian? As they charging me all this fees & extra money and i'm getting nothing but everyone else getting talk, text and web for same price i'm paying. I called to talk to supervisor but they never came on phone, no one help me out & said that supervisor will get back to me but they never called me. As they are big companies so now its hard for me to get way to complain against them as they don't care for me who i'm they just care for money and it just look like i'm Indian so they giving me hard time for it thats totally discrimination..
