I contacted T-mobile regarding a past-due cell phone bill for a family member. The service had been terminated because of very poor service and reception in the areas he needed to use the phone. I asked for the entire amount due including termination fees and I paid the entire amount at the time. I was told that they could not tell me what the exact amount would be. I told them that since I had paid all she said he owed that I did not intend to pay one penny more to them and that they were not to contact me again. The representative was very rude and unprofessional and I felt that we had become engaged in a shouting match. I asked to speak to her supervisor and explained very clearly to him that I did not intend to pay any more money to them and they were not to contact me again.in just a few days I received a bill for $104.02. I do not intend to pay this as he had the service for approximately one week.
