My name my cell phone is Amina Alward for the pass two years. I recently bought a adrion by Virgin Mobil on April1 and it came with 300 mins. So I bought a $6/. 00 top on 4/4 for the unlimited service plan for incase I run out the free mins. This week my phone service went out. I call them thier excuse was that I top up to early. I argue my complaint all thy did was put 200bonus mins. Im supppse to get unlimited service that what $60. Is for obviously. I want my money pit back into my phone. I believe they stole my money I barely use this cell and its been since april 1th. 2011. Thank you.
