I've had my Pocket ZTE Phone since May 08, true that i was skeptical at first by the look of their wacky looking phones and nervous about switching from T Mobile but i can't complaint. At first I had one or no bars in the house but seems like the network was been improving. I can now carry a conversation from inside my apt. The texting was and is very fast and I love that, being that I send and receive about 1000 txt per month average (which would cost an additional $20/month with t mobile). I can share picts fast and easy. As far as coverage map they were very clear the miniute I walked in the door, they explained the areas/towers etc. I can access the web and the social sites with ease. It comes with icons for Google, Yahoo, MSN among others. True there's always room for improvement and they have alot of work to do. But for the Price and Customer Service you can't beat it. Overall I cx my t mobile acct after 8yrs and even my sister and mother have made the switch to Pocket.
