No activation for a phone because i didnt know my family

I contacted sprint online to get service. The representive informed me i would pay a 100 dollar deposit no problem. I informed her i wanted to look at our local store to see the phones in person. So i went into sprint and they submitted another application which triggered an alert understandable. Then they asked me questions about my family who i am not close with at all because i grew up in an abusive situation; because i didnt know my family they blocked me from getting a phone and the supervisor told me it was my fault because i dont know my family i feel i was discriminated against and punished because i should know my family. Ask me who my mom is what hospital i was born my childhood nickname but not of aunts and uncles i barely know;
