I have purchased quite a few items from Wireless Galaxy over the years and never had any problems until this year. I purchased an accessory kit for my phone, which included 3 items. Only 2 were shipped to me. When I tried to contact the company to inquire about it, I was on hold for many minutes and gave up after I didn't receive a reply. I sent quite a few e-mails, and received sporadic replies. I was able to finally get through to someone on the phone, who promised to ship the missing item, but it's been 6 months now and I haven't received anything. It seems to me that this may be a one-man or one-woman operation now, and they just can't keep up. They should shut down if they're not able to fulfill orders.
