I called the 1-877-778-2106 and 800-937-8997 numbers to get a plain answer why I cannot have a detailed call record for my prepaid cell phone. I was transferred 37 times, spoke with 2 supervisors who knew nothing about their own company, Louanne and Tony. I was was deliberately hung up on several times. Finally, very aggravated, I asked to chang my subc=scription to a "Post-Paid" instead of "Pre-Paid" and was told that the $100.00 That I had just deposited would be lost not refundable! So, I ttried to call Tony or LouAnne back but was told that they were in the bathroom. I was on the phone for 4 hours with no conclusion. Everytime I asked for a supervisor their "Qualifier" questions deemed my call not supervisor qualified! I never reached another supervisor. I called again tonight and asked about the corporate headquarters to 6 different people and each of the said that they don't know anything about the company or its headquarters! AND was hung up on each and every time! I joyfully went tomy local T_Mobile store and Adriane fixed the problem in 10 minutes, without a problem!
The poor service was provided by Joseph, Anthony, Cammie, Josh, Lorraine, Christian, and Adrianna. Louanne did absolutely nothing and Tony seemed like he was going to help but none of his staff would transfer me to his line. I was told that nobody in the company had voice mail when I asked to transfer to his extension. This really pissed my wife and I off! Help!!! Pass this on to every rating service out there and try the numbers your self! - Mike
