I only use onesuite for phone call to china for many year, but more than a month now, local call does not work at all, and customer service would not help any, when you have to make a call use their 800 number and one manager agreed give you credit about it, customer service could not do it, and email backford many times, nice words in the mail, but nothing changed, when you chose using onesuite products, need to think, think, and think again to void the problem happed to me. also when you rate their service one star, they could not let you go through haha, what kind of company
