ESN phone transfer - Prepaid cell phone service

I am trying to transfer from my existing phone to another used phone.
My working phone has no ability for me to hear or speak. My phone # is_360-581-3483 meid is a10000007d839e.
THE new used phone is a verizon lg model lg-un250#is 360-820-3660 the meid # is as follows a00000281c5134 please help me on this please, I have no working phone and it is despperatly needed.
